The REAL Deal Store is looking for a Manager to oversee day-to day operations of REAL’s 10-year-old reuse store. If you are passionate about reusing and recycling gently used household and building materials and making an environmental impact in this community, this could be the part-time job for you!
The ideal candidate will :
- Be friendly and outgoing, with proven leadership skills
- Be able to manage daily operations of a retail store
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Be highly organized
- Support, organize and delegate a team of volunteers and staff
- Know renovation and building materials
