The Evergreen Avenue Committee is planning a commemoration event for the afternoon of Sunday, September 25 at Branch 95 of the Royal Canadian Legion in Smiths Falls.  This will be the first time the event will be held indoors.  With a couple of missed Victoria Park dedication ceremonies during Covid, there are many people to be honoured.  Twenty nine memorial stones to two community leaders, WWII and other veterans will be dedicated.
