COVID and other complications continue to alter our carefully laid plans!
 
The Rideau Roundtable’s Paddlefest, Sat. Sept. 18 has been cancelled.   Plans will continue over the winter for a June 2022 event.
The Shoreline Restoration for Sat. Sept. 25 has run into a snag with Parks Canada.  The group is trying to find another location to plant October 16.  Stay tuned.
Our Tool Lending Library launch on October 1 is still on track.
The Rideau Shoreline Cleanup for Sat. Oct. 2 is still in the works.
The Evergreen Commemoration planned for October 23 is being postponed until 2022, but the granite stones will be installed this fall.
 
We have decided against the ewaste drive, although you can of course bring your end-of-life electronics to us anytime during store hours.  A final decision on a fall online auction will be made at our Sept. 20 board meeting.
