The Saturday Household Hazardous Waste Depot in Carleton Place will open August 1, 2020 and continue until at least Sept 19. Hours are Saturdays from 8 a.m. until noon. This depot is open to residents of Beckwith, Carleton Place, Drummond/North Elmsley, Mississippi Mills, Montague, Perth and Smiths Falls.
Make plans to get your stash of HHW to the depot before it closes September 19, as there is nowhere locally to take your hazardous waste the rest of the year!
Organizers expect a long line-up on opening day. Please wear a mask and bring identification to prove you are a resident.
